@ackocher Recently I’ve had a lot of students taking photos of slides, which doesn’t bother me since I post them on the LMS anyway. When I started teaching audio recording lectures was a really common accommodation. I haven’t seen it as much recently, but I haven’t taught intro in 4 years.

@LB_Naylor @Momademia I love the idea of childcare subsidies, but recently many of the folks I know with under 5 kids have fought constant childcare closures. One way to help faculty would be targeted research leave programs for those who’ve had care giving responsibilities over the last few years.
