Building wealth, creating value, shaping the future.
People teach from experience.
Some teach trust because they've known loyalty.
Others teach suspicion because they've known betrayal.
Some teach hope because they've seen possibilities.
Others teach fear because they've experienced disappointment.
The challenge in entrepreneurship is knowing the difference between impossible and unsolved.
History often can't tell the difference until after the outcome is known.
Are some of the things entrepreneurs are taught not to do actually facts, or are they simply things others weren't persistent enough to make happen?
If Dangote's refinery had failed after years of delays and raising funding until the project crossed roughly $20 billion.
Yet because they succeeded, the same decisions are now called visionary.
It makes me wonder:
How many business rules are facts, and how many are conclusions based on what usually happens?
If Elon Musk had failed with SpaceX and Tesla, many would say:
"Success with PayPal didn't qualify him to build rockets or electric cars."
The experts, statistics, and financial risks were real.
This June, I will talk about palm city lekki, ibeju and EPE realty or maybe just share a few information about it, so those that have invested can be informed and those that are planning to can be cautioned ⚠️
while some gold are covered in mold, just need to clean too see it
You're not Femi Otedola's child.
You're not Tony Elumelu's son.
You're not Aliko Dangote's relative.
So stop investing like you can afford unlimited mistakes.
What if the future of real estate isn't building more estates?
What if it's solving problems, improving existing communities, creating ecosystems, and unlocking value where people already live and work?
The best opportunities are not always created. Sometimes they're improved.
🇳🇬 Happy Democracy Day, Nigeria.
The future of our nation will not be determined by what we complain about, but by what we build.
Every investment, every business, every job created, and every community developed moves Nigeria forward.
Giant of Africa.

If you could earn strong returns from real estate, would you rather pay a premium to enter a developed market or position yourself early where value is yet to be fully recognized?
Your answer may determine where your next opportunity comes from.
🚨 The fastest way to lose wealth is to ignore the principles that created it in the first place.
