After vetoing HB 2412 earlier today, Governor Wolf made the following announcement that will allow some in-person real estate services and transactions in "red phase" counties.
https://t.co/tvSr2kDtPF
Update: Today Governor Wolf vetoed House Bill No. 2412. The bill, if approved, would have permitted the immediate resumption of certain in-person real estate services critical to the real estate industry, like house showings and home sales, in much of southeastern Pennsylvania.
Today Governor Wolf signed into law Senate Bill 841 which, among other things, allows municipalities to temporarily hold public meetings and hearings using audio-visual technologies instead of in-person. https://t.co/e1Ur1gYcwf
New PA Bill Would Extend Timeframes for Municipal Review of Development Projects, Provide Guidelines for Virtual Municipal Meetings and Zoning Hearings During COVID-19 Disaster Emergency. How would this legislation impact pending PA development projects? Legal Alert attached.
When you read what the Sixers did to cut their employees pay at this time, consider what this guy did -- .N.J. restaurateur took out a 50K credit line to pay his employees during coronavirus crisis. Buy his pizza! https://t.co/a3RJwokQFf
