@IndiGo6E My card was charged but no PNR provided either on screen, email or mobile number. I need my refund tomorrow. Complaint ref RZJ7FN. This is unacceptable and unnecessary harassment where I have to explain the same thing again and again to your customer support teams.

I have been charged AED 519 and it is showing on my Ajman Bank CC statement. Bank says transaction completed successfully and Indigo need to check. I need my refund ASAP. Looks like from the Internet that this is happens regularly.

Hi @ZomatoUAE I have an unresolved issue on a refund outstanding for last 1 week. When I try to chat on the app, either BoTs respond or assistance executives are unable to resolve my issue. Have written multiple emails with supporting attachments since 22-Apr-2023 but no actions.

Hey @flyspicejet. I have been chasing you guys for my refund (Ref - 19045704) since 20-Jul-2021. Customer Relations cannot help, directed me to the Nodal Officer, who has not bothered to acknowledge my email leave alone respond to my query on refund. When will I get my refund?
