@HeathrowAirport is short staffed so we had to wait 30mins on stand to disembark, then 1hr+ for our bags. Thankfully there are spare staff to scrape the COVID social distancing guidance off the floor. Good luck getting us to fly again if this is how you treat us. #priorities

Why don't you apply your low price promise vouchers to a customer's next shop automatically, instead of expecting us to check our overflowing inboxes for them? All my vouchers expire before I use them, so to me your LPP is worthless. Seems a bit disingenuous 😒
