@greateranglia Please can you explain why is the C2C line so much cheaper then this line. Basildon to Frenchurch Street. Wickford to London Liverpool Street. Yearly is nearly £800 cheaper on the C2C LINE. Look forward to your answer.

@greateranglia - On a train from LST - WIC and it was meant to leave at 17:36 and still has not left LST. Please can you find out with the reason is.

I have just brought a return ticket from WIC - LST . I need to get a refund as I don’t need to go into London now. I brought it using the app. How can I do this. If I can’t get a refund can I change the date to the 13/4/26.

@greateranglia I have reported this on many occasions regarding the 8:32am from WIC v LST is only 5 carriages and is very packed as it stops at Romford. Just wondering if there is any update on this changing to 10 carriages as it’s been over 8 months now
