@lenskart What kind of customer service is this? Booked a home eye checkup on 4th 5pm, but support refused to come bcoz I’m on the 4th flr (no lift)—a policy NEVER mentioned during booking! Got call Explained my medical condition & even offered to help, but got ghosted.

Very disappointed with @pentasure165884.
Your “Buy 1 Get 1 Free” banner clearly suggests a free product, yet I received only one item. Ltr I was told a coupon code had to be applied and 2 products added to the cart - which was never clearly mentioned.
This feels misleading.
