The only thing I've heard/seen that I don't like so far is the notice to the families. They should've prepared them a long time ago for the possible outcomes, offers, and how it could happen. Doing it quickly made sense but they should've discussed it a long time ago. 10/10

The judge handled the #Kohberger plea hearing exactly as he should've. Prosecution required to provide a factual basis, as confessions alone are not sufficient for convictions. Judge required Defendant to affirmatively answer if he understood all consequences and possibilities 1/

Trials are unpredictable. This one would be long. There's never a guarantee for either side. Jurors are wild cards. How a witness slept the night before comes into play. Literally anything could happen.
So I'm personally pleased with this hearing today and the resolution. 9/
