I had so much fun learning about the history, breeding program, harvest, post-harvest, and latest researching at the sweetpotato field day in Clinton, NC. Honestly, I'm super proud of our work and the people that I work with. Sweetpotatoes are truly a remarkable crop.
What a week! Honored to have presented at the 8th International Plant Phenotyping Symposium in Lincoln, NE. I shared the exciting work of scaling phenotyping research through NC sweetpotato industry partnerships.
Jason Ward and his team are currently preparing to send a mobile operations trailer to the Mountain Horticultural Crops Research and Extension Center located in Western North Carolina.
Ward and his team hope the trailer will provide necessary support after Hurricane Helene.

Bittersweet ending to our final FFAR trip at St. Louis. Above all the things I learned in the last 3 years, I find my connection with my fellows the most valuable. I hope we meet many more times again and stay connected regardless of where our professional paths take us.
@Madisonkanna The main reason I dont use vscode is because it lacks an environment variables tab. In fact, any IDE without one is just not it for me. Anaconda's Spyder works for me, but I also understand that people have a love hate relationship with Anaconda
