Receiving feedback and deferring judgement. Two invaluable skills we have learned in this course! When we reviewed our midterm feedback we were reminded that not all feedback is positive, but it can help your learn and grow. Great life lessons we are learning 👍🙌

Finding a solution that takes farmers concerns into account was a main priority for us! We worked to find a solution that does not cause more work physically or financially for farmers. Always remember your audience! 🧑‍🌾🌾

Navigating setbacks: we originally found a solution that we thought was perfect! However after learning the company sources plastics from out-of-province sources, we knew we had to find a local solution. This allowed us to conduct further research and find the perfect solution 🧑‍🌾
