Una progetto di economia circolare che dimostra come dagli scarti possano nascere nuove risorse. Qualche esempio? Nella Circular Farm vengono coltivati funghi Pleurotus a partire dai fondi di caffè recuperati nei bar, insieme a funghi medicinali, ortaggi e micro-ortaggi prodotti con sistemi innovativi come acquaponica e coltivazioni fuori suolo.
Il substrato esausto viene rigenerato attraverso la lombricoltura, producendo humus che ritorna nel ciclo agricolo. Un modello che integra natura, innovazione e sostenibilità.

Excited to present in front of our community partners! Our solution will focus on biodegrade bale wrap. Since bale wrap has limited recycling options and often ends up in landfills, a biodegradable alternative will help reduce plastic waste. #CircularFarm @IdeasCongress

Our group has been hard at work trying to make our final presentation clear and concise. Starting to work on our executive summary and how the puzzle piece concept between our group and other groups such as Fossil Fuel 1 or Crop residues will pan out @IdeasCongress #CircularFarm
