Hi. Im still trying to get my 82eur travel credit back to my account. It seems impossible to get a support from customer service or ryanair rooms! It is really frustrating after 1 month! For today I can say that you are cheating, advertising hotels and offering 10% travel credit

@Ryanair what I should do to have my travel credit back to mu account. The balance is zero after 2 unsuccessful attempts to pay for a flight ? I cant call customer service as from Switzerland Im charged 3 euro for minute

@Ryanair I did already. Live chat support could noy help me. I sent the complaint form. After 10 days i got answer to provide more details. And link to the forms from the website. If i need to fill the form again this will be neverending story. In the first form i provided all the details
