Tamil Nadu would be in a far better position if this trend continues over the next five years.

Officers in the Secretariat say that the Chief Minister sits in his office from 10 am to 6 pm and is regular in attending office. He clears files on the same day.

Since there are no kickbacks or commissions, the entire process is transparent. Issues are finalised faster based on merit.

Right from IAS officers to Ministers, no one keeps files pending - because the Chief Minister himself keeps no file pending.
