@studio_daddy I did Thai satay chicken skewers (coconut milk, red chili paste, turmeric, lemongrass shallot, ginger, garlic marinade) on the grill (hickory) with a chickpea Mediterranean salad with feta, cucumber, heirloom tomato, shallot, kalmata olives.

@studio_daddy Also access to legitimate San Marzano tomatoโs are a big reason for nycs pizza. Thereโs such a limited supply and the older places in the city have a lock on it. A majority of San marzano labeled tomatoes are lies
@studio_daddy Context or set and setting are everything with regional foods. Like a 2am dollar slice while bar hopping in the lower east side hits different than the same exact pizza in your living room in concord at 7pm.
@studio_daddy Preparation method is a factor too like wood fired or gas but like thereโs a dozen places in California that does the same exact quality as Johnโs of bleeker but it just doesnโt hit the same.
