After B-Patch Viktor reroll will be the strongest comp. 10% damage nerf to 2 star but only a tiny ~3% damage nerf to 3 star.

Archangel is acceptable but overbuilt as a relic from when Viktor was played in more defensive setups, his strongest comp now indexes more heavily in offense so Deathcap (or Striker's if you have Precision) is preferred.

９で組み替えた後みたいな盤面してるけど８でちゃんと回す
