Dear @tatacapital - I have been told that prepayments against my HL from TCHFL now can only be done by visiting a branch (15 kms away). In this electronic day and age, do you really think someone has the time to visit your branch on a weekday to drop a chq! Nice way to stop PP!

Pls avoid availing Home Loan from @tatacapital . While they say they offer Floating rate of interest, they only increase rates with every increase of RBI but forget to pass on benefits when RBI decreases ROI. Always better to approach banks!

@tatacapital I am awaiting a 50BPS rate cut on all my 4 LANs as RBI reduced repo nearly 2 months ago! You raise ROI with repo but dont reduce it with the same intensity. Also I have 4 Lans not 1
