Hello, we are Ryuu, the FIRST platform and production studio creating vertical anime. We went live in February 2026 but only on the relevant platforms: TikTok, Reels and Shorts
We are also the first company producing vertical content in the creator-centric way (like actually, not like some companies claim and then turns out things are very ugly when u read Reddit thread about how they treat their creators)
The first vertical anime studio where creators, artists and the whole production crews are not only compensated but also get revenue-share from the series they worked on. The “leftist way” apparently, or I see it as the only right way 🤷 hihi

Feels PHENOMENAL. Love from so many types of Ryuu users that I got to meet in last weeks: from electrical and aerospace engineers, to athletes, writers, artists, florists, doctors, nurses, teachers, IT’S NUTS how cool are the people who are coming onto Ryuu to watch our vertical anime shows.
I wish I had time to celebrate beyond fixing app bugs, onboarding users, creators and running tens of network-effect-style marketing campaigns all at once but hey, as my ex used to say: you’ll get a good night’s sleep in the coffin

Today is THE DAY.
Is it anime? Yes. Where can you watch it? Exclusively on Ryuu. Well, that’s almost true because the 3 episodes long pilot will also drop on my socials!
My collaboration with @agapalka_ and @legendsofryuu started a long time ago. From a DM, to a call, to a shared understanding that we can create something legendary together. And together with many amazing authors, artists (like Alindraws, @samhyeonsil or @_yapsharlene), and stories, I’m landing on Ryuu and I’d love to invite you to do the same.
Ryuu preorders open this Friday, 6th of February and the first preorders will include a limited number Granite Waves Rewards™️ for the first who will subscribe (first come first serve), including Elya plushie, Ing pin and more!
