I would like to know the meaning of delayed baggage claim. If baggage delayed happened in India why insurance company is rejecting. Delay means delay. Please help me.

@irdaindia @ICICILombard @jayantsinha I travelled to USA recently with Travel Insurance Policy from ICICI lombard. I had a sequence of incidents during my travel, and i am back in India. Delayed baggage claim rejected by company reason country of residence.
