@sbmbankindia I have multiple times placed the request to close the account. I am getting prompts that it isnโt my registered email id even when i get all communications there. Calls keep on going on hold without being connected to an agent even after waiting for 20 mins.
@sbmbankindia How much time you all need ? Is there anyone even having a look at this ? @RBI@jagograhakjago please take a note of this. The account is purposefully delayed when demanded a closure. No response from their support team or helpline even after multiple chasers.
@EmiratesNBD_AE Have sent all requisite information as requested. Please act URGENTLY on the same as it is going in rounds. I will be submitting a complaint to Central Bank of UAE if not actioned further.
@EmiratesNBD_EGY You are not responding to my emails citing that it is not my official email when you send me the card statement in the same email. I have already spoken to your helpline and they are asking me to wait 90 days for this. Why should a consumer pay for something which isnt transacted

@HDFCBank_Cares This card was applied with the intention of getting pre access to the concert tickets. If it takes 10 days to process it, how do you expect people to make use of this pixel card when sale goes live tomorrow?? In this case please mention this at the face of your marketing gimmick.
