@Colt_Barber They said since that foot didn’t come off the ground (like a toe tap) then the whole foot must be in bounds.

If he were to tap that toe and then pick it off the ground and land on the other foot or even that foot out of bounds it would have counted.

@dfank_BU It was the right call since he didn’t toe tap that foot. Since that foot never came off the ground he has to get the entire foot inbounds.

@DavidSmoak You are probably at the game. If so, they said on TV since he did not pick up his foot and just drug it out of bounds then he would have had to get his entire foot in bounds. If we toe tapped it and picked it up it would have counted
