Ghali Tijjani Mustapha, a member representing me at the House of Representatives, to urge them to introduce a new legislation or the revision of current laws to mandate the death penalty as punishment for banditry and kidnapping. Specifically, individuals caught committing these heinous crimes against humanity should be subjected to immediate capital punishment.

I believe such punishment can effectively help to combat these grave criminal offenses.
