@LumoTravel i had a train booked for a trip from London to Crewe and we were refused entry due to having one set of golf clubs. It was never made clear to me that we couldn’t take them, and the gentleman working for you said we could get a refund for the tickets

@Eurostar I accidentally booked return tickets from Paris to London I don’t need anymore, it is possible to transfer them to my brother and switch them to be returns from London to Paris for next weekend (happy to pay diff)
