@ITV Re the laws/rules re refunds from Spain and other countries for those companies that refuse to give refunds on flights and car hire even when you have a voucher. I am being told that because i have a voucher i CANNOT have a refund

i am disgusted at both EASYJET/ DOYOUSPAIN as they both refused to give me a total refund on flight tickets and car hire due to COVID19 after two CANCELATIONS.They are both Con merchants and are keeping my money illegally. Total refund or i will be forced to take further action

i also booked car hire through doyouspain who refuse to give me a full refund due to Covid19. They have not even bothered to reply to my personel e mail to them. I know it was a sspecial deal, however the same applies with this as with Flights. I am owed over £500 in total.

@Flight_Refunds i spoke to you on the phone EASYJET re a refund for my cancelled tickets to Spain in August this year. Even when the Law states you must offer a full refund if the client wishes to do this, yet you refuse to give me my money back. please contact me

please can someone help me with the issue of getting refund from Easyjet direct flights. They refuse to return my money even when they cancelled flights on two occcasions. They have told me because i have a voucher they cannot offer a refund.

Safestyle Uk fails badly in customer satisfaction again. Bad workmanship, faulty products and rudeness on 3 occasions is not acceptable.
