@Iberia Delayed bag tag: IB163897. @Iberia sent an automated email saying it was routed to SJU via IB266 (17DEC) IB379 (18DEC). It hasn't arrived & they can't confirm its location. Need immediate manual tracing. Filed insurance claim, escalating under Montreal Convention & file w/ AESA.

@Iberia has lost my luggage since Tuesday and is now holding it at SJU airport with zero accountability. I have to continually call for updates, with no proactive communication or action on their side. No delivery, no return, no timeline. This is unacceptable.
