In Minnesota, everyone is included in the circle of our compassion, including trans kids.
This ruling does not undo our laws protecting the trans community. I will continue to defend those laws, stand up for trans folks, and fight for the dignity of all who call Minnesota home.
Cottage Grove, I'm holding a forum next week with Senator Seeberger about our work to help Minnesotans afford their lives and to hold fraudsters accountable.
Hope to see you there on July 6.

Minnesota's elections are free, fair, and secure, and they need to stay that way.
So when Trump tried to illegally take control of key parts of our elections process, I challenged him in court and won. Twice.
After I sued to end Metro Surge, the DOJ opened a criminal investigation into my office.
A court just found that investigation was a "blatantly unlawful and unethical" effort to retaliate against me for challenging Metro Surge.
Trump’s threats won't stop me from defending MN.
This outcome helps us secure Minnesota's future as a world-class leader in patient care, medical education, and research. In a challenging healthcare environment, it represents a fresh start and a reason for optimism about what's ahead.
I was proud to facilitate the mediation process that led to these agreements between the University of Minnesota, the University of Minnesota Physicians, and Fairview.

The deck is stacked against young people online. Unfortunately, the KIDS Act protects Big Tech instead of our children. I will keep working with my fellow AGs to stand up to social media companies that are trying to turn a profit by harming our children. https://t.co/r6nxkq3IUw
This Memorial Day, we remember all of the brave Americans who made the ultimate sacrifice.
Today, we are holding them and their families in our prayers and gratitude.
Last week, I held a forum to discuss the future of HCMC, a flagship health care institution for MN.
Hear from a community member sharing about the importance of HCMC, who provided life-saving care for his sister in law when she suffered a traumatic brain injury.
Exciting news! Our bill, the MAP Act, passed in both the House and Senate and is headed to the Governor's desk to be signed into law.
This will give my office more resources to fight fraud and protect vulnerable Minnesotans.
Aimee Bock has received the sentence she deserves.
I thank federal prosecutors for their years of hard work to hold fraudster-in-chief Bock and the other fraudsters accountable and congratulate them on this outcome. Justice has been done.
