@EvriDeliveryCom what is the intelligence level of the drivers you employ? I had my delivery of a tin of paint quite clearly marked fragile and obviously liquid hurled 10ft over my gate. When I had left delivery instructions on your app. The tin leaked 😡😡😡
@EvriDeliveryCom is this acceptable customer service - a driver giving a time frame which is now over 2 hours outside of that, with no update from the driver?? You send a message that I can't reply to, advising package still to be delivered today,despite me asking for a call.
@EvriDeliveryCom what on earth is going on with your delivery service at the moment? Although calling it delivery is slightly misleading! Still waiting for parcels from two weeks ago, constantly ’out for delivery’. I’ve used the chat function daily, not one call back 🤯

@HelloFreshUK@EvriDeliveryCom Hi Aneta, I contacted customer care last night and requested a call from a manager. They said someone would be in touch today and I’ve not heard anything. Clearly best just to avoid HelloFresh!
