For years, sites like Zillow allowed a homeowner to sign up to see their valuation of their home. Homeowners were curious to know their valuation (which was automated and often not even accurate), and to watch it like stock fluctuations as it went up and down.

We are seeing the ways of getting listing leads get more and more creative as more information becomes public on real estate.
