I built an AI system that builds itself.
Not metaphorically. The AI agents literally rewrote their own orchestrator, tested it, reviewed their own code, fixed their own CI failures, and shipped it.
Introducing Agent Orchestrator. Open source. Link below.
It’s 12:30 AM and I’m still building 😭

Building ClosePilot for @aoagents Syndicate by Maximor — an autonomous month-end reconciliation agent that can match financial records, investigate exceptions, collect evidence and escalate uncertain cases to humans.
Currently turning the architecture into actual code 🫡

Tinder started at a hackathon.
one weekend of building somehow turned into millions of matches, situationships, bad dates, marriages, and “we met on Tinder” stories.
you really never know what can come out of a hackathon.
i’ve attended 50+ hackathons and won 15+ of them.
and somewhere along the way, all that building opened doors for me too.
i’m working with @aoagents today largely because i kept showing up to hackathons, shipping things, meeting people and putting my work out there.
eventually, i started organising them too.
our last hackathon had a $200 prize pool.
this time, we’re doing Syndicate.
$10,000 in prizes + credits.
50x bigger than the last one.
2 tracks.
online worldwide.
in-person in SF, NYC and Bangalore.
and some of the best builders will also get a chance to work with @maximor_ai and @aoagents
maybe you just build something fun for a weekend.
or maybe that weekend changes what you’re doing a few months from now.
Sept 5–6.
