@stephbastiaan Australia and the world have gone made with all this crap. It doesn’t make a logical or common sense. The 99% are left behind to make way for the 1% to do whatever they need to feel inclusive, even if it means putting others and lives at risk.
@JimThom90458694 Just think of all the hospitals, schools and teachers, police officers, address our growing homelessness with a tick over 4 billion could do. You take care of your own before others. Logical, Scientific, common sense just goes out the window with the 🎪 running Australia. Sad
@Julian_Wittison@mamixusbertius@ausstockchick Remember in 1985 when Keating removed negative gearing, crashed the market and sent rents soaring. You think they would learn from past mistakes but the wheel turns and shows incompetence is still in ALP. I remember when burgers were 80c and petrol was below $1 too.
@bigRD73@richard_yellow@ausstockchick You’re taking the piss right? Surely you’re not being serious? I don’t want to be rude but don’t know how the government gets the budget in a deficit? Simply more money goes out than in. You know they have government bonds on the market where gov use that as a loan?
@Dragsta4444@MickamiousG Most defaulted to it as it was pushed that was and promoted through generous tax offsets. Most regular people don’t have $1m in cash to go get a descent return running 90 day bank swap rates or equities. Boomers benefitted the most and government lacked foresight on S&D.
@Dragsta4444@MickamiousG This comment just shows your another uneducated 🤡. Explain how else everyday Aussies build wealth and why wealth is tied to such a high % of realestate? Start using the brain, that’s what it’s for. Stop being another muppet.
@MickamiousG What else are they going to build it on? Shares are not great in Australia, equities also down, ASX is the same. Got to have something for people to build wealth on. The entire economy has always been realestate. That’s why it’s been propped up and demand and supply kept it there
@bigRD73@richard_yellow@ausstockchick 45%, it’s laughable considering the value returned is well below minimum standards the people deserve. The government are not competent in managing money or the economy. There is a reason Aussie livings standards have regressed at a historic rate never before seen. Simple answer
@bigRD73@ausstockchick Clearly you are not up to date on economics and Government spending. Do you actually realise what government spending entails? You need to seriously educate up on reality. Why do you think Australia’s budget deficit is the highest it’s ever been?
@DHughesy Councils are a rort. Let’s be honest, if any of us could get their so called value assessment as a sale price even when the market was on fire, we would sell immediately. They put the finger in the air and pull out a magic number to suit there excessive waste of spend. 🎪
@RumblevsFrenzy@Matt_Camenzuli It’s simply demand and supply. This is also what happens when the country is built off real estate. Where else will people put money to make money?? Shares are a dud in Australia as is Equities and the ASX
@JEChalmers The 🎪 goes on. What’s the point of the ACCC when they don’t have the power to do anything? Let’s be honest, all necessities for living Energy and Food should be price controlled. Why do China do it so much better and they have so many more mouths to feed. Smarter would be answer
@Julian_Wittison@mamixusbertius@ausstockchick That’s like saying we shouldn’t pay such high taxes and get the governments sticky fingers out. Housing market needs investment and current changes ripping it out. Incompetence. Aust only had real estate for retail consumers to make money. Now they have nothing as Shares taxed
@mamixusbertius@ausstockchick Come on now, logic, scientific and common sense goes out the window when Albo and Jim (Dumb and dumber) are making decisions turning Australia into a 🎪
@bigRD73@ausstockchick Really? You realise high government spending contributes to inflation? Global impacts are a cause also but lack of EV investment and Infrastructure alongside lack of fuel supply storage contributes to being able to not provide solutions therefore power price increases and fuel.
@FinancialReview No accountability, just like always. This 🤡 s always blaming others. Last mob running the show, international factors, the market expected, the buck stops with the 🎪 running the show right now. Proving they’re incompetent to run the country. How far Aust has regressed, sad.
@JEChalmers You and Albo don’t have Australia prepared for anything except regressed living standards, more tax grabs and destroying hard earned Aussies asset values. Let’s hope there is only a max 18 months left of this 🎪. It’s not true Jim, time doesn’t heal all wounds. We won’t forget.
