what you need to understand about recommending a show to me is that no matter how much we both know I'll like it, I can't watch it until the Neurodivergence Department in my brain approves it. I don't know when that will be, and I don't have any more control over it than you do.

What I'm being told by @TMobileHelp is that once you close your account there is no way for them to email you any kind of proof the account is at $0 and the device is unlocked?? How is it legal to not provide proof of purchase?

I will probably get some bot response from @TMobileHelp but calling T-Mobile with a supervisor from Credit Control LLC on the line does nothing. @TMobile reps only keep asking for more money. This is illegal and extortion.

49 days since my @TMobile account was settled with Credit Control LLC and @TMobileHelp refuses to unlock my phone trying to extort more money from me.
I have docs showing I settled for less then the full account balance and T-Mobile does not care.
