Two appeals were rejected without identifying any date, device, login, software or activity involved. I have now submitted another appeal requesting an independent manual review. Please help escalate this. Case ending 9624.

My Apex account, active since 2019, was permanently banned for alleged “Gameplay Enhancement.” Multiple appeals have been denied without EA identifying the software, match, time, login, or specific activity involved.
I have never used cheats, scripts, macros, injectors, recoil tools, or modified files. I’m posting videos showing the exaggerated mouse flicks I sometimes do manually after wiping a squad when players are spectating. They may look suspicious, but they are entirely physical mouse movements with no assistance.

I’m willing to provide full gameplay recordings, mouse-cam footage, settings, and running processes. Please escalate case ending 9624 for a genuine senior manual review.

Demonstration of the exaggerated aim flicks mentioned in my appeal. These movements are performed manually with my mouse no aim assistance, macros, scripts, or enhancement software. This recording recreates the movement style and is not footage from the match associated with the ban.

@Meta @facebook I’ve used Facebook Marketplace for over 10 years and earned 160+ five-star ratings. My access was permanently removed after I repeatedly tried listing an electric adjustable bed because many similar beds were already listed.

I received no warning or temporary restriction just a permanent ban. I now understand the policy and will not relist it, but Meta AI says no human can review my case, despite me paying for Meta Verified support.

This punishment is completely disproportionate. Please escalate my case to a real human for a fair manual review.

Hi @AskeBay, I need a proper manual review of negative feedback tied to order 07-14113-41747 / case 5373829863. eBay ruled the case in my favor after a disputed return involving tampering, but the buyer’s negative feedback is still being left up. Support keeps sending scripted replies without reviewing the actual case. Please escalate this.
