Telling us a 16.45 trains delayed but coming soon is no use at 6.30pm. Just tell us the next train coming and where it stops
@c2c_Rail The item stuck in the line is unfortunate. What’s not helpful is inaccuracy in the app. Checked around 4.20 when I saw the tweet and everything looked fine so assumed it recovered.

@c2c_Rail Thanks, genuinely a horrible experience trying to use that form on iOS. It won’t let me submit, and shows no validation why it’s unhappy, I’ll have to wait to be on a computer.
@c2c_Rail Nope, two attempts with fully closing the app and re-authing. On one attempt after the error it dropped my auth because it lost my saved payment card.
Not a user error, please investigate. The ssl error has been present for a week, only started stopped payment today.
@c2c_Rail The iOS app won’t take card payments this morning. Tried two cards, visa and Mastercard and it declines every time.
It’s been intermittent last week, but unable to buy e-tickets at all today.
@c2c_Rail That’s a pretty terrible form, you can only really request for ‘other’ and then it asks for the journey, assuming it’s only going to try and repay me one leg of the journey and not the whole fair. Do I have to fill it out twice ? I couldn’t even leave notes to explain. So painful
