@EBRedding5 @InsideTheAle @sportingintel Most of the people who comment on #NUFC about Saudi human rights, don’t even care about Saudi Human Rights or even know what they are. It’s just the low hanging fruit to mask any jealousy and bitterness they have and you can’t say that isn’t true?

@EBRedding5 @InsideTheAle @sportingintel Yet there isn’t as much backlash the F1, Boxing or WWE being held in Saudi Arabia get? Hell, half the time people don’t know they are on. I doubt there’d have been much backlash if Boris had managed to get a deal for cheap Saudi oil either.

Saudi Human Rights didn’t seem to exist prior to Oct 2021 and many people commenting about it probably couldn’t even point to it on a map

@EBRedding5 @InsideTheAle @sportingintel I’m for the World Cup, I think Brazil will win it. But I’m not being a hypocrite and criticising the Saudis at #NUFC one minute then turning a blind eye to the World Cup in Qatar the next. Which seems to be the stance of most journalists.

@sachhjay @premierleague @NUFC We didn’t need a big name, if anything he goes under the radar a bit which benefits us. He does however need the network around him now, the DOF, COO and a top level academy etc
