#MKA $MKAR my initial biggest takeaways from the F4 (albeit is over 600 pages so subject ro change!)

1) MASSIVE US INVOLVEMENT

21st national security advisor (to Obama) on the $MKAR advisory list James L Jones

US general on the board and another national security expert signed up as an advisor

$5m of the PIPE ($23m) will be used to accelerate the already $4.5m invested US DFC FEED study funding, where the US has terms to purchase / fund the entire operation

2) Listing price confirmed

Merger / IPO price of between $500-620m USD with $399m estimated to MKA potentially minus PIPE ($23m) - ultimately way higher than the current market cap which means once again HyProMag is now free

3) US retail investment

Now we have an official public F4 the listing becomes a reality, which can be used to attract investor interest across the pond and shine a light on other assets such as HyProMag, the F4 will do more PR than any other RNS we have released due to #MKA already being a vehicle in which you can gain serious exposure

In short, the biggest takeaway is the US involvement, they have a tight grip on this and suspect will carry it all the way.

#MKA is like a smaller, just as aggressive version of $USAR but for less than 30x the price with better technologies (HyProMag vs LCM)

Going to be extremely hard for the market to ignore it now, a serious up and coming player in the space.
