Let’s address a critical question—one that many in our government still fail to grasp. When Kabul fell in 2021 and the U.S. withdrew from Afghanistan, the Taliban had secured control of the country. Biden had even set a full withdrawal deadline of September 11th. So why, just two weeks before achieving everything we were told the Taliban wanted, did the Haqqanis plan a joint attack with ISKP that killed 13 of our servicemembers? (If you haven’t read HKIA: Know Thy Enemy, it’s free in bio.)
We were told the Taliban only care about Afghanistan, right? That Sirajuddin Haqqani only wants to lead Afghanistan. But then why did he help plot the October 7th attacks with Hamza bin Laden? Why did he and Mullah Yaqoub (Mullah Omar’s son) invite Abu Mohammad al-Julani to Afghanistan in November 2021 and offer a safe haven for his fighters and Al-Qaeda operatives to train for their successful blitzkrieg that occurred almost three years to the day?
Because we’ve been lied to.
Now, Sirajuddin—alongside his in-laws in the bin Laden family—is plotting a massive attack on the U.S. homeland. Over the past four years, we’ve let an alarming number of Haqqanis in due to incompetence—have any even been deported yet? Meanwhile, our Afghanistan policy still funds the Taliban to fake fight ISKP, yet those same funds fuel terrorist camps, foreign fighters, and two major plots on U.S. soil: this one by Al-Qaeda and another by the IRGC. Yes, the IRGC plot targeting President Trump. And to make matters worse, those funds also reach ISKP, because ISIS, Al-Qaeda, and the Taliban senior leadership agreed to coordinate the U.S. homeland attack together—another truth no one is willing to admit. That our enemies came together.
I get that everyone wants to give the new administration some time and patience, but our counterterrorism policy isn’t shifting fast enough against this plot. This isn’t a question of if, but when—a phrase we ironically said almost every single day while working in Benghazi. Now, here, every day that passes is a lost opportunity to limit the total number of American casualties when the attack occurs.
Terrorism cannot be put on the back burner. The federal government and this administration must make it a top priority—today. And no, a single strike on ISIS in Somalia isn’t enough. If one more person tells me it is, I’m going to choke them.
DO MORE.
I told you this was coming, @sarahadams told you this was coming, @RooftopLeader told you this was coming, @realLegendAfg told you this was coming, @AhmadMassoud told you this was coming. Congress funded it (you heard this on my show), we warned them, we warned you. Nobody did a damn thing. Now we will continue to see the reality and the consequences of what open borders, and funding terrorism does. Remember, terrorists organizations that Bin Laden’s son leads are saying 50-60 Thousand Americans will die, and we are funding it.
The Mayor of New Orleans calls the New Year’s Day incident a terrorist attack after a pickup truck plowed into a crowd followed by gunfire leaving 12 dead with Improvised explosive device being discovered
While Americans suffer and struggle after devastating hurricanes, the White House sends $157 million to Lebanon. FEMA claims they have no funds, but this administration prioritizes foreign aid over helping our own. It’s time to take back control of our country. November is coming, let’s make it right. 🇺🇸
