-Any authors we consider will receive a full contract to review prior to signing.
-We offer time to consider other offers and encourage querying.
-We don't *lock* authors into exclusive contracts.
-We don't require authors to have an agent to query us, but will happily work with one.
-We believe in books.
-You do not pay to publish with us, nor do you pay us for the time and energy we invest in your book.
-You are an author and human, not a burden.
-LCP is a team environment.
-We really love reading.
-We believe learning is important.
-We support human artists.

Morning all!

What an evening we had yesterday.

We spent hours on the phone and computer working to get Amazon to help us.

As some of you may see--Knives, Seasoning, and a Dash of Love by Katrina Kwan is essentially shadow-banned unless you adjust your FILTER to BOOKS on the site.

We also had our upcoming sequel--The Bonds That Break Us by Erin Mainord showing as NOT available to preorder in paperback on Amazon US.

As you know, we are a tiny press and all our readers matter so much to us.

For multiple days on multiple calls, we were told that they could not help us. We were given every *reason* why this could happen and transferred from person to person, yet no one could assist us in resolving this, and that this was a KDP issue, though we explained time and time again, that we do not use the KDP platform to upload our books. We were told it was a metadata issue... but again, no one could help us.

That said, The Bonds That Break Us is finally available on Amazon US, however, we are still working on receiving assistance on making Knives easily searchable on their site.
