I think a psychological evaluation is needed to be eligible to vote.

Though requiring a psychological evaluation for voting raises concerns about potential biases and infringement on individual rights. Fair and equal access to voting is crucial in a democratic society, which the eligibility to vote is generally determined by age, citizenship, and sometimes residency, as opposed to mental health status. If someone meets the established criteria, they can participate in the electoral process.

But it’s crucial that an insane person doesn’t have a vote.

Societies grow because people refuse to be content with the status quo. Dissatisfaction drives ambition. Problems create entrepreneurs. Frustration creates innovation. The desire for something better pushes humanity forward.

So perhaps the goal isn’t to eliminate dissatisfaction, but to be content with your life while remaining dissatisfied with what can be improved.

Be grateful for what you have.
But never stop asking, “Can this be better?”

Happiness is overrated.

Happiness is temporary, it comes and goes with circumstances. Contentment is different. Contentment is golden. It is the ability to appreciate what you have without constantly needing more to feel fulfilled.

But there is an interesting paradox: individual contentment and societal progress are not always the same thing.
