I agree that you can’t explain this degree of BIV failure by his coronary obstruction. As you mentioned, long down time due to VF, acidosis, etc. probably put him into cardiogrnic shock. Christmas night Case: 81 y/o p/w with Chest pain, syncope and shock. ECG with ST elevation in AVR and diffuse depression. Started on Levo in ER and was sent to Cath lab for emergent Cath. In the lab BP: 55/40 with EDP: 20-25 mmHg. @CenturaHealth @StAHospital @TuftsMedicalCtr
