@AnthropicAI and @AmolAvasare Your own Invoice EACUHTCJ0001 (March 31, 2026) has the correct UAE details. You charged me correctly, invoiced me correctly, then your system deleted the data. This is a platform bug, not a user error

I mention that my children are German and I actually have a house in my name their and I’m going to visit them. so he insists and his colleagues rudely says “ all previous immigration officers were not doing their job that let me in ”. this is my 3rd rude encounter in a row.
