@Swats26 I requested cashback redemption which hasn't been processed yet in 6 days. It used to be credited within 5 mins. Support team keep giving false expectations, initially of today and now stating 3 days more. What is going on, expect definite timelines.

@JioCare The incoming calls are active and once the data pack is activated, I hope the 90 day duration will reset after data pack usage or the last incoming call even though the active plan has expired?
@JioCare I want to know number disconnection date not plan expiry date. It would be helpful if you can provide that information or at least when did I recharged last
@JioCare The app simply says "your plan has expired" and there is no mention of the exact date when it got expired or when is the disconnection date.
Do your research before blindly responding for the sake of it.
