Tomorrow it will be a year on from a pretty life changing event. At the time I wished it never happened & just wanted my life back -but I guess what doesn’t kill you does really make you stronger, and 2019 has been quite a fab year so far.
Happy anniversary to being alive! 💁🏻♀️💪🏻
Yesterday was #WorldMentalHealthDay2019 We spend more waking hours at work than anywhere else, so it’s an important health setting. Mental health should be something that’s openly talked about in the workplace, with good support & leadership prioritising #WorkplaceWellbeing
@agneshy_w Sending you love and aroha. This whole time your journey has been teaching experience for others. You and your whanau have resilience in spades. Thank you for sharing. I will always look up to you and your mahi. Go you!!!
Happy #InternationalYouthDay2019
Education needs to be accessible, equitable and inclusive for all young people - it’s also a key social determinant of health and sets one up for their future aspirations.

Dear everyone. If you ever find yourself observing something you think is newsworthy, like a heroic rescue, or a fire, or some breathtaking natural phenomenon...tip your phone over into landscape. Portrait is a terrible terrible way to film almost anything. Just saying.
Today is #WorldBrainDay - and the 🧠 definitely deserves all the credit it receives - we won’t be functioning without it!
Let’s give our brains a little love today 🥰
Tomorrow is World Brain Day. This year's focus is MIGRAINE!

Tonight a doctor, nurse and paramedic talked to fifteen @stjohnambulance cadets about careers in healthcare.
Did you know that more people go into healthcare professions through SJA than through any other route? We’re the nation’s biggest healthcare recruiter!

@luke_tester@stjohnambulance So true in NZ too! I was a St John cadet, and the value of health and healthcare that St John taught me has shaped my career in Public Health!
I know @facebook has a bit of a bad rep recently, but this is a fantastic of how the power of technology, social media and public health can work together #futurefocussed#publichealth#futureofhealth 👩🏻⚕️
