The Judiciary has asked for “credible evidence” after KZN Police Commissioner Mkhwanazi claimed it has been infiltrated by criminal syndicates.

But South Africans don’t need more evidence we’ve seen the failures with our own eyes. 👇

1.Omotoso walks free
Years of delays (Justice delayed is Justice denied) , legal drama, and trauma for victims. A case that should’ve been swift has become a national disgrace.

2.Bushiri granted bail, fled
Despite all warning signs multiple passports, millions in assets a judge ruled he wasn’t a flight risk. Days later, he vanished.

3.Caught with illegal firearms… & charges dropped?
People are arrested red handed with unlicensed guns & ammo, yet courts withdraw cases. What more evidence does the judiciary need?

4.Oscar Pistorius: Almost got away with murder
Judge Masipa ruled culpable homicide despite clear evidence. Only an appeal saved the case. If this happened in a high-profile case, imagine what’s happening in silence.

5.Serial bail for repeat offenders
Criminals get bail again and again even after reoffending. Courts protect rights of suspects while the public lives in fear.

6.Parole for violent criminals
Rapists and killers are released early. Meanwhile, poor people accused of petty crimes rot in jail for years without trial.

The public has lost confidence in the justice system. The judiciary’s problem is not perception its performance. If Justice Maya can’t see that, she’s out of touch.

We need accountability, reform, and transparency not defensive press releases.
