“Endless waves of useless beings keep rising from deep down in the ages to die in front of our noses, and yet here we stay, hoping for something… We’re not even capable of thinking death through.” - Louis Ferdinand Céline
by reading a lot and being in this niche, the philosophies that resonate in this corner of the internet (i.e. Nietzsche, Mishima, Celine, BAP) have become totally normalised to me. but when I go outside the entire world is just a complete inversion of my ideals.
On this Valentine’s Day, it is well to remember, there is no greater labor on earth than love, the endless apprenticeship to it. There is no other work worth doing but this, to love, to fail at loving, and to dare, still, to love again.
The true terror of transhumanism, of grafted metal and synthetic flesh, is the abolition of pain. No wound, no hurt, no flesh to discipline, without suffering, there is no penance. For those who believe in guilt, such a world is indistinguishable from hell.
It kills you, it kills most people, that the entire contradicting spectrum of emotions you pigs experience in a lifetime, is what I experience in a second.
