@OVOEnergy Hi, I contacted an OVO line manager on the 12th November about an engineer that had failed to turn up for an appointment. He assured me that I would receive compensation for this as I had to take a day off work, I haven't received anything as yet. Can you tell me why?
@OVOEnergy hi, I spoke to a line manager on the phone earlier today about an engineer who failed to turn up today. He made another appointment for me on 06/12/23, he said he'd send confirmation by SMS, but I've not received it yet!
@VOXI_UK I'm trying to log into my voxi account on my other phone but it's not allowing me to sign in, even though I'm putting in the correct details. This is so frustrating and you don't make things easy
@SSE You want to be investing in your customer service, absolutely appalling. Waited 35 mins to speak to an advisor only to be cut off, tried web chat, got from 57 to number 1 in line only to be left there for over an hour with no outcome! Wasted a whole afternoon without contact π‘
