@DocSaben There are many places -- in the USA -- and in the world where trees where downed for either agricultural/cattle purposes -- and that now there is nothing in that land. Sometimes it is owed by families in turmoil.... our vision is to help them to rebuild the population of trees

@DocSaben Thanks for the info on Alaska -- though not every state is the same. State income tax although related to property tax is not always the case. Some places, and I am not only relating the USA, provide tax exemption if the land is used for agriculture or forestry..
