GRO-INITIATIVE's focus is ending poverty at a grassroots level.

Through funding reforestation to generate climate finance, water and food security
Education and skills facilities are availed to communities.

Providing microfinance to enable individuals to take control of their future.

In this context the young people play a key role.

Youth must lead in a mindset change across Uganda and all of Africa.

Only 1.5% of global investments, including charity, come to Africa.

This number explains everything.

There is simply not enough bread on the table to feed everyone.

So we fight and argue who deserves his share.

But even worse. We wait!
We wait for charity
We wait for grants
We wait to be GIVEN

I say that it is time that we TAKE

Take control of our resources instead of selling them

Take control of our labor value instead of giving it away cheap

Take control of the value hidden within each and every one of us.
