@danicaleys The lab produces the same amount of meat as a 100ha farm. Assuming the carrying capacity is the same as mine, not 100ha in the NT, that is 25 finished steers/heifers. Even when scaled up, will it be cost effective? Will the consumer accept it or do they want a natural product?
