“The captivating beauty of Eastern old paintings and the intricate architecture of the Eastern inspired this collection. To truly understand the depth and complexity of these paintings, one must look beyond the surface and discover the hidden meanings contained within. The pieces in this collection are intended to transport the spectator to a world that is both familiar and otherworldly, with elements that appear out of place but are flawlessly in harmony. Houses may emerge in unexpected places, animals and plants may interact in ways that test our perceptions, and strange objects may hint at yet-to-be-discovered mysteries. These images represent the human experience, with its attempts to make sense of the world and bring order out of chaos. We, like the ancient painters of the East, are creators, weaving the threads of our imagination together to create a universe that is distinctly ours.”
