@PolicyBazaar I purchased a car insurance policy today. Payment was done,but after KYC redirection, the policy is not visible in my account. Support asked me to wait, but now calls are being put on hold and disconnected. I have payment proof. Need urgent resolution.

Shocked to see my mutual funds marked under lien without my consent. I haven’t taken any loan,yet redemption requests are getting rejected. Such practices by leading brokers raise serious trust concerns

@zeptocares Yep, I did receive a call from your end and she told me to place 2 order and from 3rd order, I'll be able to use my wallet amount. For some reason, it has been blocked till now!
So, I guess it's better to not use @ZeptoNow from now!

I guess @ZeptoNow should be awarded with "Fraudest Delivery App". Everyday they send messages that Rs.X is there in the wallet and you can use it anytime but when it comes to ordering, The amount doesn't works!
