Dear young athletes- keep this photo saved to your phone and show the next person who says you have to focus on one sport in HS.
The amount of kids I’ve heard say “I can’t risk getting hurt” or “my coach won’t let me” drives me crazy.

Middle School (going into 7th and 8th) : Monday, June 2nd at 10am on Mon-Tue-Thu.

If teenage athletes want to take a big step forward in development, it's wise to try to “out-sleep” and “out-eat” their peers. These two things are powerful "magnifiers" of everything they do in skill development and strength and conditioning.

May 22, 23, and 24 - 10am MPR - gym testing for going to be 10th-12th (9th should be done).
Tuesday, May 30 - first day of summer weights at assigned time slot.
Monday, June 5 - 9am MPR - first day of middle school weights.
